Are the courses and support free?

Yes. All courses, training and psychological support are completely free.

How do I become a volunteer?

Fill in the form on the Volunteers page. Experience is not required — we'll train you.

Where do the donated funds go?

To humanitarian aid, training and the chapter's statutory activities. We publish reports in the News.

Can I enrol my child in a course?

Yes, there is a dedicated programme for children aged 8–12. Details on the Courses page.

How quickly can I get psychological help?
