Mental-health support

You are not alone — help is near

If you are in danger right now or have thoughts of self-harm — call right away: 7333 (Lifeline Ukraine, 24/7) or 116 111. If life is in danger — 103.

Hard times, loss, anxiety, burnout — it is normal to need support. Below are free lines where a real person will listen, anonymously and without judgement. This is basic information, not a substitute for a doctor or therapist.

Simple steps that help right now

  • Take a few slow breaths in and out; feel the ground under your feet.
  • Name 5 things you can see around you — it gently brings you back to the moment.
  • Drink some water, take a short break, don't stay alone with what's heavy.
  • Tell someone you trust how you feel.
