Our organization held a meeting dedicated to improving the volunteer environment and teamwork. Kateryna Chudinovych, the Ukrainian Red Cross volunteer-development specialist for the Ternopil region, took part in the event.
Participants discussed the importance of a friendly team atmosphere, effective communication and mutual help between volunteers, and shared ideas for the further growth of the volunteer movement.
